– Local spanner crab, avocado moussiline with charred corn, tomato and coriander salsa, potato tortilla
– Potato and house smoked trout empanadas, jalapeño sour cream and apple slaw
– Jerk rubbed brisket, roast garlic and white bean puree, flamed scorched jalapeños, on soft tacos
Mains
– Crisp whiting tostada, black bean and corn salsa, grilled avocado, and chimmi churri
– Chorizo and chicken enchilada, slow roasted spiced potatoes and black bean puree
– Mole-braised beef short ribs, creamy polenta and green beans
Desserts
– Fig and sultana fritters with spiced strawberry jam, tequila lemon curd and vanilla ice cream
Lemon corn bread, caramelised mango, yoghurt sorbet and candied lime
